Deploy and embed with commercial, military and security end users to identify operational challenges and deliver tailored hardware/software solutions.
Rapidly prototype low Technology Readiness Level (TRL) platforms that can mature into Reveal product offerings.
Act as a frontline engineer and technologist, bringing back validated user feedback and performance data to inform internal roadmaps.
Collaborate with Reveal engineering teams rear/remotely to transition fielded prototypes into scalable, productized capabilities.
Serve as a field-facing authority on Reveal’s technologies, including Farsight, and act as a bridge between user need and technical development.
Lead field integration of Reveal products with adjacent systems (e.g., ATAK, Lattice, Palantir), and articulate the combined operational value.
Manage technical deployments in austere and high-pressure environments, including the setup and sustainment of edge compute, networking, and Unmanned Aerial Systems.
Provide technical mentorship and leadership in multi-disciplinary project teams, often spanning government and commercial partners.
5+ years’ experience in defense or dual-use innovation, ideally in forward-deployed or special operations contexts.
Must be located near Fort Bragg, NC
Demonstrated experience leading R&D projects that fuse autonomy, data engineering, cloud computing, and operational hardware.
Exceptional self-starter with deep familiarity in Python, Go, C++, and systems-level programming for edge hardware.
Experience designing, consuming, and integrating with RESTful and gRPC APIs, with the ability to interface Reveal products into third-party platforms such as ATAK, Lattice, and Palantir through custom adapters and plugins.
Operational understanding of the defense mission space, including employment of systems like ATAK, Palantir, Lattice, and Reveal Farsight.
Proven experience delivering secure, tactical software/hardware systems in sensitive or constrained environments.
Strong communicator able to advocate for user needs, translate technical concepts, and build consensus across stakeholders.
Comfortable navigating sensitive environments with limited oversight - UK DV or US TS/SCI clearance (or equivalent) preferred.
Familiarity with UAS systems, ML ops, cloud/edge hybrid compute, and high-trust technology deployment practices.
Willingness to travel up to 20% globally, including to field and conflict-adjacent locations.
