Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a small Sales Operations team (1–2 direct reports).

  • Manage interfaces across corporate and subsidiaries, oversee pipeline, and forecast sales revenues.

  • Execute corporate/governmental admin processes and support internal/external order intakes.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Synchronize sales activities with Operations, Finance, Presales, CS, and Legal.

  • Drive CRM development and manage online/offline sales tools.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Sales Operations experience in global high-tech.

  • Proven experience leading/mentoring a small team (1–2 direct reports).

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Law, or a related field.

  • Excellent English (speaking, reading, writing) and strong analytical/communication skills.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot) and data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL).
