As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards of precision and reliability. Your work will directly impact the performance of mission‑critical systems used in demanding real‑world environments. This role is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and highly impactful - you will be one of the first people to verify that what we build is safe, compliant, and ready for field deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming inspection of materials and components using basic measuring tools
- Conduct outgoing quality inspections prior to shipment to customers
- Verify product completeness, labeling, packaging, and accompanying documentation
- Perform visual inspections of products and packaging conditions
- Record inspection results in logs and company systems
- Identify, label, and isolate nonconforming products
- Report nonconformities to the appropriate departments
- Ensure full traceability of inspection results
Required Qualifications
- Secondary technical or vocational education
- Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility
- Ability to use basic measuring tools (caliper, ruler, basic gauges)
- Ability to read specifications and supporting documentation
- Basic understanding of quality control principles
- Structured, disciplined, and organized work approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Experience issuing nonconformity reports
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001
- Experience working with ERP or inventory systems
