Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to keep our daily operations running smoothly. In this role, you will manage essential administrative tasks, handle logistics, and maintain a clean and welcoming office environment. Key Responsibilities
Manage logistics operations, including picking up packages, ordering parts, and coordinating shipments and deliveries
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring stock levels are monitored and replenished as needed
Perform light office intra-day upkeep outside of normal cleanings
Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with appointment management for staff
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, communications, and general front-desk inquiries
Organize and maintain physical and digital files, records, and documentation, including maintaining information for cyber and physical compliance
Support team members with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as needed
Help coordinate meetings, team events, and office activities
Serve as a point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and service providers
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
1-3 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or logistics role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general scheduling software
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for running errands and picking up packages
A self-starter attitude with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
Preferred Qualifications
