Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Manufacturing and engineering team to perform final assembly of drones and antenna assemblies
- Perform soldering of electrical components and installation of wire assemblies
- Complete all work instructions
- Document non conformances and recommend improvements to builds
- Be flexible and willing to learn new assemblies processes and new product lines

- Attention to detail with physical work and with paperwork.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience using hand tools such as drills, torque wrenches and socket sets
- Experience using measurement tools like rulers and calipers
- Experience reading and following work instructions with an attention to detail
- Practical soldering/desoldering skills.
- US citizen or Person (Green Card holder) with right to work in export control defense manufacturing
ITAR Regulations
- To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a US Citizen, Green Card holder, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. Learn more about the ITAR here.
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with dimensional inspection tools: micrometers, calipers, dial height gauges
- Hand fabrication experience: Carbon fiber layup, chop saws, drill presses and similar
- Familiarity with machine operations: CNC Router job loading, CNC Milling, Vacuum forming, test ovens
- Familiar with packaging and shipping or inventory operations
- Experience working with AS9100D/ISO9001 manufacturing requirements for defense manufacturing.
- Certified Forklift Operator.
- HAZMAT Certification.
